Slike II. Kongres Samoupravljača, uključio je vojne marševe i crvene zastave. Duž ulice u kojoj se održavao kongres, postavljaju se velike table sa parolama kako bi se sakrile stare kuće sa obe strane ulice. Umjetan, lukav film o umjetnosti laganja, pun crnog humora.

Images of the Second Self-Governing Congress included military marches and red flags. Along the street where the congress is held, a large table with slogans is set up to hide the old houses on both sides of the street. An artful, cunning film about the art of lying, full of dark humor.
