Sinopsis:
The film tells a story about boys who have lost their parents in war and whose new home is an orphanage located in an old monastery. The only game they play is war, but there is a blonde boy who refuses to join. Some small indicators make the boys suspect the blonde to be of German origin, and despite the attempts of the headmaster to protect the boy, the group is determined to put the blonde boy on trial – as if he were a war criminal. The verdict the group of boys reached is merciless; the war scarred their souls severely. Because of this, the film is often considered as one of the Yugoslav Black Wave achievements.
